The latest statistics show anxiety is the #1 mental health issue in North America. This means that over 40 million people live each day with anxiety.Pulse will be offering a month long YOGA FOR ANXIETY series every Sunday at 11:30, September 24th thru October 15th.Each week, this 75 minute class will include an hour of slow flow yoga practice incorporating poses known to help reduce stress and anxiety. We will follow up with discussions offering in-depth techniques to decrease anxiety and increase quality of life.
