There is no denying that our youth have to deal with a constant roller coaster of hormones and emotions, increased stress from school and peers, and over-whelming media influenced expectations. Tween/teen yoga will provide students with tools needed to decrease anxiety and increase self-esteem.This month long series will take place in Pulse's safe, non-competitive yoga studio. The 1 hour class will include a basic yoga flow and discussion will follow on topics such as bullying, anxiety, and obtaining confidence with self-love.
